Swim Time

some long awaited footage of the diving baby.  now let's give her some credit here - she is only 14 months old.  she does need a little help getting to the bottom.  but...  she is down there grabbing the dive ring and dog paddling up.  pretty cool i think.

Hair emergency!

ready to roll down to the pool.  daddy does not have a bow or hair clip.  the solution?  IKEA Chip Clip.  fashionable and worked great in the water.  maybe this could be a new trend?

Lunch Time - Cauliflower, Beef, and Cheese!

 the main ingredients.  pureed organic cauliflower.  lower fat organic ground round.  the beef is sauteed in a little extra virgin olive oil and seasoning.

 this is Trader Joes 3 Cheese Mexican blend.  i used a good size pinch.

 microwave the beef and add. 

 nice and hot cauliflower.

 all mixed up.  texture appears fairly smooth with little beef nuggets.  good for kids with or without teeth.
